Wage System of Specifications Preparers
We provide guaranteed minimum yearly wages and provide additional payment for high productivity. We tally the invoices to calculate the total sales of each person. On that basis we give bonuses at the end of every half-year period.
Job Description
Tasks include preparation of specifications for domestic and international patents in the electrical and electronics fields, related intermediate office functions and other procedures, and consulting services.
Whenever you get tired, you can exercise and refresh with a break in the gym on the fourth floor.
Eligible applicants
Those with a university degree, master’s degree or doctoral degree

Working Hours
Flexible working hours with core work hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.Standard working hours are roughly seven hours per day.
Compensation
Monthly wage of 300,000 yen or more
Patent attorneys’ compensation based on productivity
